This is the place to get that years experience and that's about all the good I can say. Project management is some of the worst I've ever seen. They take failed projects and make the most ridiculous promises to get a sale. Then when they can't meet said promises, the team leads like to throw people under the bus. Fairly laid back atmosphere the biggest downfall is if you are a fresh college grad you have to sign a 2 year contract and live in BFE North or South Dakota.

Overall, a good company to work for. People are for the most part friendly, and there is a good team atmosphere.
Bottom line is you need to create your own path here. As a remote employee, you need to be proactive and ensure that you advocate on your own behalf. Positives- Good pay, sometimes challenging assignments. Areas for improvement- Health benefits for families is expensive and has a very high deductible. There needs to be more work from management on engaging and developing remote consultants.
